I have done many different web sites in my graphic design career. These include HTML as well as flash. However, most of the time, as a company, an HTML site is going to be right for you. They are more easily indexed by search engines, they are easier to update, easier navigate, and cheaper and easier to create.
Other than my personal web site you are currently viewing, the majority of my experiance has been with small farm businesses. Although, every web site is basically created identically, only with different images and type. I try to create my sites to be very easy to navigate for the customer. I also try to create a site that is as quick to download as possible for those people still on slower internet connections. You don't want to lose customers who are simply tired of waiting on your web site to load or are unable to find what they are looking for.
Design Details
Some things I offer in my web site designs are an image gallery, a CSS designed interface, site map, downloadable files, and order forms. Also available is a full shopping cart through your web site host. I can also walk you through the process of buying your web site name (domain name) and getting it on the internet (hosted). I use GoDaddy For my internet hosting as they provide very competitive pricing and have many other useful features, including the shopping cart I mentioned earlier.
